In this intensive course I bring together my 20-year experience as a dancer, yogini and teacher to guide you through the world of yogadance and provide you with the necessary tools to be able to share this beautiful and transformative art with your students.
Yogadance is becoming popular because it evokes the qualities of feminine energy, adding grace to strength and control; fluidity, art and creativity between asanas and joy in both movement and stability.

Methodology
We learn how to teach by studying and practicing the choreographies in the group classes.
To polish our practice and solve personal doubts, we will have private classes.
To support our learning and remember the most important details, we will study through video tutorials (that will stay with you forever).
To enrich our body language, develop expressiveness and femininity, we will explore some dance techniques such as ballet, contemporary dance and Afro-Peruvian.
To gain the confidence to teach, you must practice by yourself, for this, you will receive the recordings of all the classes.
