I have started doing yoga quite a few times and with different trainers. Some of them were more likely to run a reinforced sports marathon; some others chatted too much in the process, not paying attention to the students; in short, as a result, I decided that this "dull" practice was not for me at all. But one day in a dance school I accidentally got into Talia's class, a thin thumbelina from Mexico, and it was - "bingo"! The workout was fun, very productive, dynamic and at the same time smooth. I not only started to attend regularly myself, but also addicted my mother to her classes (she is over 70). We regularly went to "our Talia" for several years, following her from hall to hall. Not only the body becomes flexible and strong, the amazing positive energy and smile of Talia make you forget about worries and problems every time, you leave the lesson refreshed and charged both physically and emotionally. We also tried yogadance, here it is more dynamic and artistic, and the name speaks for itself. I am very sorry that Talia and her husband left Russia; there is absolutely no one to replace them. Except if online. I am sincerely glad for those who will be able to join the classes with Talia, she is an amazingly tactful, friendly and experienced coach.
